The boat handles well thus far we've used it in back bays and rivers. Top speed about 42 miles per hour. Can be a little tricky with a single motor on docking if there is a strong current or wind. If you can get one with a bow thruster I would recommend that

Anyone out there have a 295sy. I bought one this year and think the boat is great! I have had a few issues pop up...cabin isotherm is not keeping beverages very cold and zinks on outdrive only lasted 4 months. Is that normal for merc? Last boat had Volo penta and zinks would last 6 months easily.
