  1. I doubt you will find those sitting on a shelf anywhere. You will very likely need to have them custom made by a marine upholstery / canvas shop. They should be able to sew the logo in them for you as well. BTW... Nice boat! Ours is a 1998.
  2. Thanks guys. Now I just have to find the room to mount them. Things are pretty tight down in there with the genset. I'll post a few before and after pictures once I'm done.
  3. If you are plugged into shore power, a small portable electric heater will work. I have one of these, and it does the job very well. http://www.homehardware.ca/en/rec/index.htm/Heating-Ventilation-Cooling-Home-Comfort/Heating/Heaters/Ceramic/HEATER-CERAMIC-CUBE-HNYWL-HZ316/_/N-ntl2n/Ne-ntc74Zlno5/R-I3836470
  4. My wife and I just bought a 1998 Monterey 322, and are looking forward to spring so we can get it in the water. Perhaps we can share a bit of knowledge back and forth, to help one another out.
  5. Our 1998 Monterey 322 has total of 3 batteries, one for each engine, and one for the generator. Unlike some other boats I have owned, there is no "house" battery to use when the engines are not running. I am wondering about adding 2 additional batteries, in parallel [one to each engine battery] to increase the capacity. Has anyone else ever done this before? Thanks.
  6. Just like yourself, my wife and I are switching from a Chaparral to a Monterey. We are going to a 1998 322 from a 1995 Signature 31. There is not a big difference in size, however we like the layout much better, and it has a few features that are lacking in the Chaparral. The fit and finish of the Monterey seems every bit as good as the Chaparral, if not better. Hope that helps you decide.
  7. Hi folks, This is my first post to this website. My wife and I just purchased and took delivery of a 1998 Monterey 322, and are quite excited about it, and are looking forward to spring! It has two Merc 5.7 EFI engines, with Bravo 3 drives, and a Kohler generator. Winter has been almost non-existant here in southern Ontario, so perhaps this will mean an early spring. I'm sure I will have a few questions about the boat in the next few weeks, and am hoping you folks might be able to assist me. Thanks.
