Hi, im new to the world of internet posts and im looking for some advice, last year we purchesed a 2004 Montery 265sc which is a lovely boat however does strugle a bit to plane (YANMAR 315 BRAVO 1 DRIVE 4 BLADE PROPELLER) .
ive since come to realise the later 2006 on Monterey 270sc appears to be the identical boat, albeit with the yanmar package they seam to be using a bravo 2 drive.
Im looking to find out if these plane better and if so does anyone know what drive ratio and propeller size?
Any help is much appreciated.
