Rushton 0 Report post Posted December 5, 2010 Hi, I'am considering installing an Insanity wakeboard pylon to my FS180 2005, the Pylons use tension attachments to the rear side cleats to brace the pole (as well as a harness through the front eye). However I'am concerned that the cleats will not be strong enough to handle the loads, any one out there have any thoughts or information on the strength of these cleats? can it be done? The MOST 0 Report post Posted December 7, 2010 Hello Rushton, http://www.insanitypylons.com/insanitypylons/faq2.html After watching the installation video this product will work ok with the 2005 180FS cleats. The majority of the pull is on the bow eye and the pole has a 750 pound max release mechanism. Looks like fun!
