2000 - 302 Monterey - Latches? HELP

Hi everyone.

I'm in dire need of help! My boss has asked me to find some "latches for porthole" for his boat. He didnt give me much more information than that and the pictures i have attached. If anyone can PLEASE give me some insight as to where i can find these latches. I would GREATLY appreciate it.
