Newbie need some advice for CR 262

Hi everybody I need some advice in a 1997 CR 262 with 7.4l Bravo 3, the engine have 632 hours I need to be aware of something in particular I don't know to much about I/O. I have a Proline 23 w/outboard but never have a I/O before. I appreciate any advice.

I hope you guys don't scare me and I can be a new owner of that Monterey. LOL

My two cents...The impeller! This is this is very important for cooling. I would get someone to pull the outdrive off and have it inspected. Someone who is qualified!!! You should change all the oils/fluids,filters an tune the engine up. This will give you a clear picture as to the overall condition of the engine and the outdrive. It will also give you peace of mind so you don't break down!
