trucky 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2011 I've been looking at used 220 ex models for a bit and have 2 I'm going to look at this weekend. One is a 99 with a 5.0, hours unknown, guesstimated at 500-600. #2 is a 2001 with 334 hours and a 4.3 and Alpha III with duoprop. Question is will the 4.3 be enough engine for this size boat? Is the duoprop something to be happy about or steer clear of? Thanks for any thoughts. Hoping to soon be in the Monterey family. I've attached a pic of the 4.3.
