Marine Air Vector Compact on 265 Cruiser

Good afternoon,

I own a 2004 Monterey 265 with a Vector Compact Marine Air.

Wanted to know if the March raw water pump only suppose to receive power when air compressor AND fan are running.

Which component, if any, directly powers the March water pump?

Contact Dometic and ask, since they acquired Marine Air from Taylor Made in 2003.
