I do have a 330sy, and the 340sy is exactly the same boat, even on dimension but with a few enhancements.

I didnt know that the head was different, what exactly the difference is?

I have only seen the photos in the brochures of the 340SY. (see link)

http://www.montereyboats.com/ssp_director/...Head_2_copy.jpg

In the bottom left hand corner of this photo, you can the edge of the toilet bowl and seat. Above it is a hinged shower seat similar to what is fitted to the 350 and the older 322. The shower seat sits approx. 1-2" above the toilet lid. The shower seat also has molded slots for drainage

You can also see this seat is supported by a "lip" in the vertical face of the cabinet fibreglass / acyrlic

I was trying to find a part no. / manufacture.

Hi Stella Blue

The manufacturer was a company called Teak Isle Manufacturing

401 Capitol Court

Ocoee FL 34761

The contact I had was Pat Brown PBrown@TeakIsle.com who was very helpful. Their website is www.teakisle.com

I think you will have to buy through one of their agents / re-sellers but they will give you a list of those closest to you.

The Teak Isle part no. is SEAT-POLY#20-18528

The Monterey part no. is #45907016-00-SEAT POLY SHWR CF/CD.

The seat is actually from a SY310 and is the same as the 330 and 340

If you don't have the lip moulded into the vertical faces of the head walls / cabinet, you will need to fit some cleats to support the seat. You will probably have to buy these through a plastics fabricator as Teak Isle don't make them for retro-fits

Hope this helps some

Regards

Ian
