Can you tell me where you add power steering fluid on a 2006 270 CR?

[BOW NAV LIGHTS 270 CR / 2006]

Our bow red and green nav light has blown. We need to replace the bulb cut can not determine how to remove the chrome, red and green cap. The screws on the side remove the entire light from the bow railing.

 

Confused here any help would be appreciated.
