Replacement pull up cleat

I have 2006 cr250. I damaged one of my rear pull up cleats. Now need to replace or repair. Looking to replace with original manufacture, but can find no markings to identify who made it. Do not want to have to replace both pull cleats or modify fiberglass if I can help. Any help to identifying manufacturer would be very appreciated. Any pull cleat experts out there?

I own a 2006 Monterey CR250. I damaged one of my rear pull up cleats this past summer. And now trying to figure out who manufactured oringal. And where I might be able to purchase replacement.  Would like to try and avoid replacing both to match. Also do not want to modify existing whole in fiberglass. Any suggestion.
