Monterey Explorer 240 waste fittings location ?????

I have a 2000 Monterey Explorer deck boat and I am trying to figure out the following things. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

1) Where is the sewage/waste fitting for pumping out ? There is NONE the toilet is self contained and needs to be removed to be emptied.

 

2) Where is the sewage/waste fitting for dumping to a portable tank or to the ocean (if allowed) ? There is NONE see above.

 

3) Is there a valve that can be opened for the sewage to be dumped ? WHere is the valve or is it just a cap that needs to be opened or removed ? NONE see above

 

4) Where are the fuses located on the Monterey Explorer 240 deck boat ? UNDER the dash .

 

5) Where is the fresh water fill ? Where is the pump located for pumping fresh water to faucets or toilets ? How do you turn it on and off ? water fill is in the right rear hatch.

 

Unfortunately I don't see this information in any of the available manuals. Any help would be greatly appreciated .
