Looking at a 2006 monterey 214fs

Hey everyone. I have been looking at a 2006 214fs. I am planning on testing it in person on the water next week. I previously owned a crownline and know that after 1998 they used treated wood that they offered a lifetime warranty on against rot. What is the construction of this boat?
