After you remove the front 2 screws on the chrome bezel which holds the light to the boat, pull it out and flip it over. There are two screws on the back that hold the lens. Once you remove those two screws, the bulb can be removed by unscrewing the small screw on the back of the lens. Now I just have to find te bulbs. Tim
