It's getting cold time to put the boat up

Hi I'm new to the forum and was hoping somebody would have some answers for me. I have a 2005 248ls and was wanting to replace all the seats and vinyl in the boat. I bought the boat used its been a great boat so far except for the fact when we take the cover off the seats are always starting to turn colors. Think it's do to mold down deep in the cushions and always seems to spring up when cover it up. My question is can I buy all new factory seating, even if it was exactly the same se...
