I have replaced the drive sleeve and all is working fine now, too bad the season is coming to an end here in central Canada.

Thanks, I have replaced the water impeller but now the impeller is not spinning. I have ordered a new drive sleeve and the spur gear, according to the manual these two parts should correct this problem. My local kohler dealer assures me that I have the correct impeller but to me it seems as if it is too wide for the impeller housing. When I put the cover back on it seems that the impeller is to tight in the housing.

Does anyone know what is the part number for the water impeller on a Kohler Gen Set installed in a 2000 Monterey 322 with a kohler gen set and twin 5.7L Mercruisers.
