How can I get the center of gravity for my boat? It has Merc 5.0 MPI engine with alpha drive. Thanks

Has anyone installed trim tabs on this model boat or similar model like the 224FSX or 204FS? I'm looking for an easy way to get on plane faster for water sports like wakeboarding, skiing, tubing, etc... Also staying on plane at lower speeds. Looking for something easy to use with limited adjustments when starting and slowing. Also, I don't want to interfere with ladder, swim platform etc... Any recommendations.
