It is a Faria, I was unable to find it so i replaced it with a different hull mounted transducer / gauge

does anyone know where the depth finder transducer is mounted in this boat?

I searched first ! I bought this boat used last week, My depth gauge isn't lighting up and displays no information What should my first steps to trouble shooting this thing be? I am thinking i should disconnect the gauge under the console and use a multi meter and see if it is getting power? Has anyone had this problem before?
