  1. Hey Everyone. I have a 2002 Monterey Explorer Sport 240. Last season the anti-siphon valve got stuck and caused a massive amount of pressure to build in the gas tank. Which lead to it getting physically distorted. I’m trying to remove, the anti-siphon broke off. Tried to take the whole pickup tube out but due to distorted tank it won’t move. Have been advised cutting the deck and replacing the tank is the best and safest option. Few questions: 1) Anyone know the dimensions of the tank for the cutout? 2) anyone done this with any other suggestions 3) Anyone know the appropriate gas cap to allow proper venting to prevent this in future? Thanks.
