Which plug and pins are for CAN High, Low and Ground?

 

I'm trying to connect my Maretron CAN J1939 Interface to the engine harness and only view live data from the engine via this interface which converts data to NMEA 2K data stream for my Lowrance HDS system.

Here's the Pic, I think the flat connector is OBD.
