245CR Speedo

I have just bought a 245CR, 2004 with Yanmar 4HLA 240 HP engine matched to Bravo One drive. As per usual the speedo is not working. Has anyone got any pointers please? Also the trim gauge constantly displays high.

Any advice gratefully received with thanks in advance.
