Table Mount - where to buy

I have a 2000 Moneterey 220 Explorer sport Deck boat - it hase a base in the bow for a table and I am looking to add one in the stern - I keep looking in stores and the web but I don't see a base that resembles the one in the bow - Can anyone tell me what brand does Monterey use {or used in 2000} or where to buy an additional base.
