Excited about my Monterey

Recommended Posts

Hiya,

We've just put money down on a 2001 262CR....awaiting trials...and are darned excited about it!

After several years of a 19' cuddy of another brand we got 7'itis.

We are from Willapa Harbor (Raymond) in Western WA and plan on doing the San Juans as well as spending

a lot of time on the Columbia, Lake Roosevelt, and Lake Chelan in Eastern WA.

Just wanted to introduce myself,

Dave

Hi Dave, my wife and I started with a 17' bowrider. It lasted 6 months. We traded up to a 21' cuddy. It lasted 2 years. We then traded up to our current 2000 262CR. We love it! We trailer it locally, mostly to Lake Michigan at Chicago's lakefront. Lake Michigan can get pretty rough so I'm sure yours will do well on the ocean. Just watch the weather and currents. Welcome!
