2002 302 Cruiser- Fresh water line blocked

I cant seem to get water to flow from the motor to the lines in the boat. It has been suggested that the fresh water screen may be clogged. Can anyone tell me where that screen might be located? Its not in the engine compartment. Fresh H2O pump replaced. Water free flowing from tank to pump

Just took custody of a 2002 302. The oblong courtesy lights in and around the helm are brittle to say the least. I looking for blue LED's . I have found a couple I like on line however they don't list the dimensions. Suggestions?
