Bench Seat Support pole/hinge 2001 302

I was wondering where I could get a replacement piece for the rear bench seat on my 2001 monterey 302. The bench seat has a pole/stand in the front that hinges to allow access to engine compartment. I really only need the small 3" piece that fits into the deck, not the longer piece but i can make either one work. The entire weight for the front side of the bench seat and any occupants rests on this tiny piece of metal. I can see this being a problem. Thanks again for the help.
