Yes, I have a 2008 and was able to remove the Kenwood without any keys. Just remove the trim piece that snaps around the radio and you'll see the screws to remove.

Sounds like the problem is with faucet in the head. I'd take it out and see if you can see an obstruction where whe hot water enters the faucet.

I think your best bet would be to contact a local marine upholstery shop and have one made.

I recently installed two "dual purpose" batteries in my 250SC. I've been pleased with being able to leave the refrigerator on overnight and longer while not plugged into shore power. No issues with starting.

I'm a big fan of 303 AeroSpace Proectant. I apply that every few weeks and have never had a problem with oxidation. I also wipe the boat down with a spray wax everytime it is taken out of the water.

You apply the 303 protectant on top of the 303 waterproofing? Interesting, I'm sure it helps with slow fading. Does the water still bead?

Recently purchased a 2008, 250CR. I'm looking for a trailerable cover and the closest I can find is custom made for a 2005. Does anyone know if there is a difference between the 2005's and 2008's that would cause this cover not to fit? The boats sure look similar.
